Holiday Candy Making
Cooking Classes for Teens 13-17
Service Description
Get ready for a sweet night in the Atelier! In this hands-on holiday class, teens will make a variety of festive candies from scratch, including chocolate truffles, homemade turtles, and other chef-selected treats. We’ll dip, drizzle, decorate, and probably taste a few things along the way. While we’re having fun, teens will also pick up useful skills for working with chocolate and candy, including temperature, texture, shaping, dipping, and finishing - without turning the evening into a science lesson. At the end of class, everyone will package up a selection of their homemade candies to take home for sharing, gifting, or keeping entirely for themselves.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
