Service Description
Spend an evening in the Atelier learning the techniques behind beautiful homemade confections. In this hands-on holiday class, we’ll explore the fundamentals of candy making, including temperature, texture, timing, and the little details that make homemade candies successful. You’ll make a variety of holiday treats while learning techniques you can use again and again - and take home a selection of what we create to share, gift, or keep for yourself.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
