Cooking Classes for Adults 18+
Service Description
Build confidence with the most important tool in the kitchen. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn proper knife handling, essential cuts, and techniques for working safely and efficiently with everyday ingredients. We’ll put those skills to work preparing a Mediterranean-inspired meal, then gather around the table to enjoy dinner together and finish with a chef-selected dessert. Come ready to chop, cook, learn - and enjoy the meal you helped create. Please note: You are welcome to use our knives, but if you want to practice with your own, you are encouraged to bring them.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
