Premium Cooking Classes for Adults 18+
Service Description
Take the intimidation out of cooking seafood in this hands-on class focused on technique, timing, and confidence. We’ll work with several types of seafood and explore the techniques that make all the difference - proper searing, temperature control, creating flavorful pan sauces, and knowing exactly when seafood is perfectly cooked. Because seafood is best enjoyed straight from the pan, we’ll taste some of our creations as we go before gathering around the table to finish the evening with a meal together and a chef-selected dessert. Please note: This is a Premium Class. Premium Classes are priced slightly higher to reflect the cost of the specialty ingredients used during the class.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
