Premium Cooking Classes for Adults 18+
Service Description
Learn how to create a beautifully cooked steak without needing a steakhouse reservation. In this hands-on class, we’ll focus on choosing and preparing steak, proper seasoning, temperature control, developing a beautiful crust, determining doneness, resting, and creating a classic pan sauce. We’ll put those techniques together into a complete steakhouse-inspired dinner, then gather around the table to enjoy our meal and finish with a chef-selected dessert.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
