Stocks & Soups: From Scratch
Cooking Classes for Adults 18+
Service Description
Discover how a great soup begins long before it reaches the bowl. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the foundations of flavorful homemade stocks and the techniques for transforming them into satisfying soups. We’ll cover building layers of flavor, proper seasoning, texture, and how to create soups with confidence - without relying on a recipe every time. We’ll finish by gathering around the table to enjoy what we’ve made together, along with a chef-selected accompaniment and dessert. Participants will also take home some house-made stock, along with a soup of their own creation.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
