Cooking Classes for Teens 13-17
Service Description
Learn the techniques behind making beautiful sushi at home. In this hands-on class, teens will learn how to properly prepare and season sushi rice, safely prepare ingredients, roll and shape sushi, and create a variety of rolls using different fillings and techniques. We’ll practice presentation along the way, then sit down together to enjoy our sushi creations and finish with a chef-selected dessert.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 48 hours before class. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before class, you’ll receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class and missed classes receive no refund or credit. To request a change to your booking, please contact us. If The Culinary Atelier cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or future-class credit. Participants asked to leave for violating conduct or safety rules will not receive a refund for that class
